Tiba Schweiz GmbH, based in Zurich, is the country company of Tiba Transformation Group for the Swiss market. It brings project, change and transformation expertise from more than 37 years of consulting practice into Swiss companies.

We manage, advise and train. Together we identify the critical areas in your initiatives, develop effective measures and implement them with your teams.

Consulting engagements and training are coordinated together with the Tiba Transformation Group team in Munich.
