novaSkill (novaSkill GmbH) is a SaaS platform for competence-based people development with AI features such as competence profiling, individual learning paths and skill matching.
It is complemented by Schirrmacher GmbH (founded in 1996), which supplies competence-oriented blended learning content: e-learning, 3D simulations, learning videos and in-person training. The technical learning foundation is the established Avendoo learning platform.
