Tiba Transformation Group GmbH is a specialized boutique consultancy based in Munich for project management, change management, process management and organizational management, with business transformation as the goal. We continue the methodological tradition of Tiba, founded in 1989: senior-staffed and focused. Over more than 37 years that has grown into more than 950 consulting engagements and around 69,000 training participants.

We deliberately work without junior pyramids and without assembly-line consulting. Anyone on your project with us is experienced. You do not get changing teams but fixed, senior contacts who take responsibility. Our standard: substance rather than volume.

Tiba Managementberatung GmbH became insolvent in 2025. This is publicly known and we deal with it factually. Tiba Transformation Group is the successor company: it continues the proven methodology in a focused boutique format. The affiliated companies Tiba Switzerland, Tiba USA and Tiba Projektservice GmbH are active.

Tiba Transformation Group supports companies in delivering transformation successfully: from developing strategy through change management and project management to anchoring new structures and processes for the long term. Our range of services covers consulting, training, certification and operational support.

Implementation consulting means that we do not only develop concepts but make sure together with you that they actually arrive in the organization and are lived. We support the whole process of change: from planning through communication to lasting anchoring in day-to-day business.

Our clients come from a wide range of industries, from manufacturing and mechanical engineering through financial services to public institutions. What matters to us is not the industry but the concrete need for support. We develop a specific solution for exactly that need and, where the subject matter calls for it, put consultants with proven industry knowledge at your side.

We have full command of the toolkit of both traditional and agile (project) management. We do not work either/or but adaptively: we choose the approach that fits your initiative, your organization and your culture, rather than making a method an end in itself.

Most of our clients are large companies or larger mid-sized businesses with a concrete need for support in delivering transformation. Many of them operate internationally and benefit from our international network of consultants and trainers.

Yes. Our revenue is split roughly a third consulting, a third training and a third operational management. Our training portfolio comprises more than 80 courses on project management, change management and transformation, from the fundamentals to recognized certification.

Our training portfolio comprises more than 80 courses along our core competencies. The focus lies on project management (traditional, agile and adaptive), change management, transformation and process management. The portfolio is complemented by courses on leadership and soft skills, project communication and project marketing, and the use of artificial intelligence in everyday work.

We prepare participants for the established certifications in project and change management, among them IPMA® Level D to A and the GPM basic certificate, PMI® with CAPM® and PMP®, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner, Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner, SAFe®, and the Kotter Change Certification Program. For our project management intensive course, certification through TÜV Rheinland® is also possible.

We work with blended learning and combine the formats that suit your audience: in-person training for direct exchange, virtual classrooms for collaboration regardless of location, and digital self-study formats such as video training, web-based training and business games.

We run our training in house, exclusively for your company and tailored to your situation. That way participants work on real examples from their own working day, and content, duration and format can be adapted to your needs.

In four steps: analysis of needs, skill gaps and resources; design of learning objectives, teaching approach and materials; qualification through delivering the measures and individual learning paths; and review with evaluation, quality assurance and adjustment.

On request, the Tiba Managed Training Service also takes over the entire organization of your training, from annual planning through trainer scheduling to participant management and reporting.
