Who is this course for?

Our course is aimed at career changers moving into project management, managers and staff working in projects, emerging leaders with project responsibility, people new to a PMO, and companies that want to give the people responsible for their projects the know-how they need.

Content & structure

The course covers the fundamentals of project management in a practical way, from clarifying the assignment to closing the project, from methodology to leadership and communication. The curriculum and examination questions are agreed with TÜV (technical responsibility: Yilmaz Kizilirmak).

Refresh your certificate: our recertification workshop

Your TÜV certification in project management is valid for three years and then needs refreshing to be extended. In the one-day workshop, experienced project managers refresh their knowledge and meet the required proof of continuing education, compactly in a single day.

Format

1 day (at least 8 units of 45 minutes), in-house only, in person or online.

Who for

Holders of a valid TÜV PM certification, for example in PMOs and in project or subproject management.

Proof

The certificate of attendance meets RV1 (at least 8 units) for PersCert TÜV.

Application window

No earlier than 3 months before and no later than 3 months after the certificate expires.

Fee

PersCert TÜV recertification fee plus workshop fee, on request.

Tip

Booked together with your initial certification, your proof is secured around two and a half years in advance.
