Tiba Projektservice GmbH is the company of Tiba Transformation Group for operational project management. Its task is to staff projects, programs and transformations with experienced project managers.

Two ways of working together

Operational support can be organized in two ways. Which one is right depends above all on one question: should technical responsibility stay in house or be handed over as well?

Contractually we usually work on the basis of contracts for work or under employee leasing. For employee leasing, Tiba Projektservice GmbH holds the required German license.

The two ways can be combined and adjusted as an initiative progresses.

In the end what matters is not the model, but that the role in the project is properly filled and responsibility is unambiguously clear.
