Simplicity is a management consultancy for data-driven process management: process mining, data analysis and automation with AI, with a focus on production and logistics. Process intelligence is the foundation for a meaningful introduction of AI. In the cooperation, we combine the reliable factual basis from our clients' process data with Tiba's transformation leadership.

Simplicity is an owner-managed management consultancy based in Munich. In the cooperation, Simplicity mainly contributes:

The focus is on enabling organizations to use agentic AI meaningfully. Process mining forms the foundation: the processes as they are actually lived are captured and optimized before they are automated with agentic AI. Simplicity advises, provides its own tool and develops and maintains software solutions. The focus is on processes in production and logistics, for example at series manufacturers, and comparable workflows in other industries such as healthcare. Clients do not get a presentation about their processes but an accurate picture of them, and, derived from it, change that takes hold in the organization. Because the starting point and the impact become visible in the same process data, the resulting value can be quantified and therefore measured, for example in lead times, costs or error rates.
